# I am adding prospects but I can't see it on /prospects?

Most likely you have used all your credits as after that, you can't add any more prospects.
* Please check your aeroleads.com/subscription page to see your credit usage. Please make sure you are also logged into your AeroLeads account as sometimes cookies get deleted from your browser.
* To fix the problem, you can start fresh by again login to AeroLeads and reinstall the plugin too.

After, you set up the plugin again, you will be able to view your prospects on your respective list or [Prospects Page](https://aeroleads.com/prospects).
